Returns

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.   Customer is responsible for return shipping and palletizing fees for items not returned in person to the same store purchased from. No returns will be accepted on special orders or non-stock items.  Only full pallets of concrete products will be accepted for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Clearance items

No returns or refunds are offered on clearance items.

Gift Certificates

All Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and can not be exchanged for cash.

Return Shipments

All returns shall be sent to: 1939 State Route 903, Jim Thorpe, PA 18229. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Project Estimating Notice.

From time to time we will endeavor to assist with project estimating based upon your measurements. We will not be held liable in any manner for estimates based upon your measurements. 

Please note that 5% to 10% extra material is usual and customary in hardscape projects to account for cuts and repairs after compaction.  This is not an estimating error.
